В России два типа митингов: на одни людей сгоняют, с других — разгоняют.
Думаю, что нет регистраций, а кейкапча не работала после переезда на новый домен, надо было новый код генерировать, исправил. Вернул назад зеленый цвет и баннер новый повесил.
